We ended up at Gallatin Chrysler when our truck wouldn't start and it was the closest place to have it towed. The truck wouldn't start around 3 pm on a Saturday. I was surprised that the service department was open until 4, so we were able to call and tell them about the problem. We used BRW towing and they arrived within 20 minutes and got the truck to Chrysler before the shop closed. Angela was friendly and helpful and made it a priority for the truck to be looked at first thing Monday morning, as she knew we had to extend our stay to wait for the truck to be fixed. After a new starter, we were back on our way Monday afternoon.

I recently dropped my Jeep Wrangler off for some new tires, alignment, o2 sensor, new spark plugs and valve cover gaskets. The work was done with a high degree of competence and thoroughness, I also believe the total price was within the range of other dealership service departments. If you want peace of mind that something on your Jeep is truly fixed and that you can take it back if there is an issue with your repair, you cannot go wrong here.

Never have I been in contact with a car dealership that treated me like an actual human being and listened to what I wanted. I started corresponding with Tyler Blanton via text and let him know what vehicles I was interested in. We set up an appt and when I arrived he was finishing up with another client and Cheney Freewalt stepped in. Not only was she patient she was spectacular! We test drove a vehicle and the others I was interested in were not ready yet. She got those expedited and set up another appt. Needless to say I purchased on Wednesday and picked up my 2020 Toyota Highlander on Thursday. Shoutout to Dominick Ferrara for working with me and Lawrence in financing! Wonderful experience. I received a call from Morgan at Gallatin CDJR regarding an outstanding recall on the ABS system of my 2021 Ram limited longhorn. He asked if I would be interested in having the repair performed via mobile service since it was just a software update and there would be no cost to me. No cost, and come to me? Needless to say I was very interested. Morgan scheduled my appointment for 9:00 am on a Friday per my request. Friday morning at 8:50 am I received a call from Jake letting me know that he was on his way. At precisely 9:00 am Jake pulled into my driveway. He was super friendly, polite and professional. In less than 15 minutes Jake was handing me keys back, thanking me for being a Gallatin CDJR customer. Absolutely the best experience I have had with any dealership.
