Never have I been in contact with a car dealership that treated me like an actual human being and listened to what I wanted. I started corresponding with Tyler Blanton via text and let him know what vehicles I was interested in. We set up an appt and when I arrived he was finishing up with another client and Cheney Freewalt stepped in. Not only was she patient she was spectacular! We test drove a vehicle and the others I was interested in were not ready yet. She got those expedited and set up another appt. Needless to say I purchased on Wednesday and picked up my 2020 Toyota Highlander on Thursday. Shoutout to Dominick Ferrara for working with me and Lawrence in financing! Cheney went to bat and got me my dream car. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone. They left a lasting impression on me. Wonderful experience. I received a call from Morgan at Gallatin CDJR regarding an outstanding recall on the ABS system of my 2021 Ram limited longhorn. He asked if I would be interested in having the repair performed via mobile service since it was just a software update and there would be no cost to me. No cost, and come to me? Needless to say I was very interested. Morgan scheduled my appointment for 9:00 am on a Friday per my request. Friday morning at 8:50 am I received a call from Jake letting me know that he was on his way. At precisely 9:00 am Jake pulled into my driveway. He was super friendly, polite and professional. In less than 15 minutes Jake was handing me keys back, thanking me for being a Gallatin CDJR customer. Absolutely the best experience I have had with any dealership. Huge thank you to Ethan Wright for getting the deal done and working hard to make sure all my concerns were met. Although it was pretty busy today, I never once felt like I was not important or other things going on were at a higher priority. Glad I gave this place a second chance after not so good experiences when it was miracle.

Excellent experience. I never left my home. They picked up the Jeep from my home, serviced it and returned it to me with no additional cost. They honored all service coupons and I even paid online. It was nice to not sit in the service waiting area of a dealership for hours waiting on my oil change.

Tamara and the entire staff at the dealership was awesome and super friendly! I drove from Memphis because my experience at home with the dealership was less than favorable. The wait was tiring however I understood that it was nothing beyond her control because it was quite a busy day there. I walked away super pleased, feeling accomplished, totally satisfied and I absolutely love my car. Doubt I’ll ever buy anything other than a jeep so if Tamara is still there many years from now when it’s time for an upgrade, I’ll be hitting the hwy again for another purchase with her!
