Lawrence was very helpful and detailed to ensure financing was correct. I’ve gotten so many compliments about my 2022 Nissan Rogue SL. I really like it! Everyone at the dealer was very nice! They were crazy busy, but still took the time to make sure I felt like a priority. Also, they aren't just there to fill their pockets with your money. They actually listen to what you need and try to make it happen.

We had the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Coke Nabors was our sales consultant. He is great to work with. Walks you through step by step. Even after the sale, he is still helping us. Joe Smith manager, was also amazing to work with before and after the sale as well. Lawrence Reeves in finance, he may be young but he is extreme suited to what he does. People friendly and again, there every step during and after the sale. Hunter in accessories, also amazing. Didn’t try to over sell but sold of what we were looking for. I give them all 10’s.

Keith and Joe made the car buying process as smooth as ever! Not your stereotypical dealership and never felt pressured for making a deal! This will be the only dealership I work with from here on out!

We ended up at Gallatin Chrysler when our truck wouldn't start and it was the closest place to have it towed. The truck wouldn't start around 3 pm on a Saturday. I was surprised that the service department was open until 4, so we were able to call and tell them about the problem. We used BRW towing and they arrived within 20 minutes and got the truck to Chrysler before the shop closed. Angela was friendly and helpful and made it a priority for the truck to be looked at first thing Monday morning, as she knew we had to extend our stay to wait for the truck to be fixed. After a new starter, we were back on our way Monday afternoon.
