Tamara was so helpful and a great pleasure to work with. She accommodated my newborn and I when looking for a new vehicle to fit our needs better. She was very kind and it felt like working with a friend, truly! Lawrence was a joy as well once we got back into finance!

Huge thank you to Ethan Wright for getting the deal done and working hard to make sure all my concerns were met. Although it was pretty busy today, I never once felt like I was not important or other things going on were at a higher priority. Excellent experience. I never left my home. They picked up the Jeep from my home, serviced it and returned it to me with no additional cost. They honored all service coupons and I even paid online. It was nice to not sit in the service waiting area of a dealership for hours waiting on my oil change.

Tamara and the entire staff at the dealership was awesome and super friendly! I drove from Memphis because my experience at home with the dealership was less than favorable. The wait was tiring however I understood that it was nothing beyond her control because it was quite a busy day there. I walked away super pleased, feeling accomplished, totally satisfied and I absolutely love my car. Doubt I’ll ever buy anything other than a jeep so if Tamara is still there many years from now when it’s time for an upgrade, I’ll be hitting the hwy again for another purchase with her!
